REMOTE INTERN MENTORSHIP
First time in HTS launched remote intern mentorship program at our KLNCE – HTS Sentience lab from July 2018, Every Year we indentified 15 potential students from department of IT, CSE & ECE .
These students are given problem statements in the cutting edge technologies in the TRL level 1, 2 &3. Areas are Natural Language Processing, Data Work Flow, and Chat Bot using Machine Language & Image Processing.
As an Outcome of this Remote Intern Mentorship Program, students from various Information and Communication discipline are exposed and experienced in industry standard projects. This will help our students to get confidence to face the industry interviews. After evaluation of project work, based on the performance our student getting the job offer from the HTS.

HONEYWELL HACKATHON
As a part of an agreement in the history of KLNCE first of its ever a non stop 24 hours programming contest in association with HTS successfully conducted hackathon 2k17 in our campus on 13th & 14th October 2017.
As a preliminary step, a group of HTS experts delivered a pre hackathon talk on 10th October 2017, in this session all participants were actively attended and interacted with HTS experts to clarify their doubts.
First day of the event morning, Mr.Srikanth Nagaraj, Director, Ms. Meenaprasad, University Focal, India Operations, Mr.Sathya Narayana, University Focal, and 25 Technical experts from HTS with our management members, Prinicipal, HoD’s, 31 faculty mentors and 93 student participants was inaugurated and five different industrial problem statements were given to participants.
Second day of the event, out of 31 teams(IT, CSE, ECE,EEE,EIE & MCA) 10 teams were shortlisted for final presentation on the 14th October evening at 3 P.M. HTS Technical experts evaluated all the ten teams and announced first and second position with a cash prize of Rs 65000 and Rs. 35000 respectively
KLNCE- HTS PROJECT WORK
TITLE: ACUTE TRANSPORT
HTS assigned a first Research Project titled “Acute Transport” with a tune of Rs. 1.82 Lakhs on 6th august 2016 .
Students from Department of IT, ECE, E&I & Mech are involved and successfully completed the project and submitted to HTS on 25th January 2017.

As anoutcome of this project two best performed project students Mr.Amal Leo & Mr. Goutham were got an offer from HTS.
